We print and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 days across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; below that a flat fee applies at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp once your frame ships.

Every frame is wrapped in protective packaging with corner protection and cushioned materials so it reaches you safely. In the rare event something arrives damaged, our 7-day Replacement Policy has you covered.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@framyo.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos. We will reship or refund at no extra cost.
